Church Covenant

We the people of Lake Almanor Community Church do affectionately welcome you to fellowship with us in the blessing of the Gospel, and covenant together, God help . . .

. . . That as aliens and strangers we will abstain from fleshly lust. (I Peter 2:11)

. . . That we will put away from us all bitterness and wrath and anger, clamor, slander and malice, and be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other just as God in Christ has forgiven us.  (Ephesians 4:31-32)

. . . That as we have opportunity, we will do good to all men, especially to those who are of the household of faith.  (Gal. 6:10)

. . . That we will remember them which have been called to minister up to us the Word of God. (Heb. 13:7)

. . . That we will submit to the loving oversight and Christian discipline of the members and officers of Lake Almanor Community Church. (Heb. 13:17; I Tim. 3; Matt. 18:15-17)

. . . That we will give as God prospers us, not grudgingly or under compulsion; for God loves a cheerful giver.  (I Cor. 16:2; II Cor. 9:7)

And may God the Father who brought alive the dead our Lord Jesus, make you complete in every good work to do His will. To Him be glory, forever and ever. Amen.
